Rainbow Casino is centrally located in Bristol’s bustling Millennium Square, providing a great hub for drinks, dinner and the full casino experience. Its unique offering sets Rainbow Casino apart from other dining destinations in the area. It might be that you’ve never thought of stopping by the casino for dinner or drinks, but it’s definitely worth seeking out. We visited on a Thursday evening to sample the Rainbow Experience – a great-value party package, which includes a drink on arrival, a three-course meal, after-dinner coffee or tea and a £10 gaming voucher.
We decided to start with a round of cocktails, sampling refreshing Mojitos and the ever-popular Long Island Iced Tea. The Rainbow Package includes a bottled beer or glass of wine, which we enjoyed with our meal. The food offering is varied, with an emphasis on British favourites, and a few Asian curries and noodle dishes. Spoilt for choice, we sampled a range of starters including creamy garlic mushrooms served on warm ciabatta, shell on rosso prawns, cooked in garlic and chilli, and aromatic duck pancakes.
The main courses were equally diverse. From perfectly cooked sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and chunky chips to a create-your-own burger, there’s something to suit all palates. My vegetarian companion particularly enjoyed the chickpea, sweet potato and spinach curry which was accompanied with basmati rice and naan bread. Desserts at Rainbow Casino are a decadent affair. Despite being full from the first two generously portioned courses, we opted to share a traditional raspberry ripple Arctic roll – this was the perfect option to conclude a thoroughly enjoyable meal.
With polite and friendly yet unobtrusive hospitality, delicious food and the full casino experience on offer, Rainbow Casino is well worth a visit. You don’t have to be a member to access the restaurant but you must be over 18. Perfect for special occasions and parties as well as providing a fun-filled start to a night out, the Rainbow Experience package is a great introduction to the casino’s offering and the £10 gaming voucher is the icing on the cake.
Rainbow Casino promotes responsible gambling and operates a Think 21 policy; if you are lucky enough to look under 21 you will be required to show photographic ID.

Get your winter layers on as you are taken pitch side on arrival to enjoy a mulled wine with unrivalled views of the stadium from inside the bowl. Groups will be staggered so you have plenty of space to get your pitch side selfies and remain socially distanced throughout, before you make your way into the largest dining space in the South West. Our head chef will prepare a delicious festive three course meal for you to enjoy whilst listening to the background vibes from our resident DJ. One glass of wine is included with the package, but the option is available at booking to pre-order further bottles of wine, buckets of beer or maybe a bottle of fizz or 2 to really make the most of the evening and enjoy some bubbles for your bubble!
